Specifications & Amenities

  • Structure
    • R.C.C. framed structure with 9" thick Columns & 6" thick Beams.
    • Reinforcement will be provided as per Structural Designer's Drawings. (Steel used will be FE 500 Steel and M.S.)
  • Super Structure:
    • 6'' thk. AAC/CLC Blocks will be provided externally and internally.
    • One Coat 12 mm thk. Cement sand plaster will be provided externally with Texture finish. Gypsum finish plaster will be provided internally.
    • Water proofing of sunk slabs & terraces will be done with I.P.S.

    • Black Granite Kitchen Platform 10'.0" long, with 18'' x 21 ''S.S. Sink with Glazed Tile Dado up to 8'.6"ft height.
    • Attach Toilets & bathrooms will be provided with 1' x '1' plain antiskid Ceramic Tile flooring & dado of Plain Glazed /Ceramic Tile up to 8'.6" height.
    • Terraces will be provided with rustic antiskid ceramic tile flooring along with skirting.
    • Common staircase will be provided with Granite tiles flooring & common passages will be provided antiskid Vitrified tiles.
  • Plumbing
    • Concealed plumbing will be provided internally.
    • CPVC and PVC pipes of adequate dia, will be used for concealed plumbing, water supply lines from O.H. water tank.
    • SWR P.V.C. pipes & fittings will be used for waste water lines.
    • Sanitary fittings of white or light color of approved make will be provided. (Parryware/ Hindware) or equivalent.
    • Plumbing fittings such as valves, cocks, etc. will be of CP Jaguar Make (continental Series) or equivalent.
    • One common borewell with submersible pump set in addition to Municipal water connection will be provided.
  • Painting
    • All internal walls will be painted with two coats of Tractor Emulsion paint or Equivalent.
    • Main door & All internal doors will be provided with melamine polish.
    • All Grills & Railings will be painted with two coats of oil paint.
    • All external surfaces of walls will be painted with acrylic paint.
  • Doors " Windows
    • Main Door : Moulded door with teak wood frame will be provided.
    • Internal Doors: 30 mm thick W/P Molded doors with J.W./ Sal wood door frame or equivalent will be provided.
    • Anodised aluminum Sliding windows with 4mm thick plain clear glass & mosquito mesh with grill will be provided.
    • Anodised Aluminum louvered windows with 4mm thick bajri glass & MS grill will be provided for toilets.
    • Cylindrical lock with S.S hinges will be provided for all doors.
    • Granite door frames will be provided for toilets.
    • Granite/Vitrified tiles window sill will be provided.
    • Fiber door or equivalent will be provided for all Toilets.
  • Electification
    • All internal electrification will be of concealed type with good quality copper wires.
    • Electric fittings will be of MDS or equivalent make. (Modular switches)
